The reason why I chose this as my favorite is because it relates to my whole life. I’m Korean but i’m not strong with my language. I could say a couple words but that’s about it. I’m not fluent with it. People consider me as American-Korean instead of Korean- American. Deep inside my heart, It hurts me a lot because I cant communicate with my parents. When I want to explain anything to them, It doesn’t work out. They can’t speak english well and I cant speak Korean well. I thought this’ll be useful for my homework.
Another reason why I chose this as my favorite is because it also relates to my whole life. Not only my life but everyone else’s life. I always think about my past. I think about my past more than my future. I always listen to throwback songs too. I can’t keep up with the present. It amaze me how I can think way back (even specific things too). I cherish my past especially my childhood. My past made me who I am now. That’s why i chose this class too. It’s about memory. It is something that I will never let go of.
