For my first Studio 3D project, I took themes and ideas from my various courses and made a piece to speak about the idea that millions of people around the world only speak a certain language because of the repercussions of the Sugar and Cotton industry. The Sugar Syrup used on the plaster tongue and the sugar that coated it was poured during class so that the syrup would ooze and move during the critique, while also giving it a sickly sweet scent.
