- I started the top with this cotton shopping bag.

- I opened the bottom and here is the draping, I was impressed how the shoulder parts act when the shopping bag has a doubled layer on the handle. It creates a shape that extends to the surface and twists into the shoulder.

- I use two yards plain cotton to make the dress.

- For the bottom I put elastic bands to gather the fabric vertically, and attach the bottom hem up.
