For the water project, I decided to make a calligram of the Paris sewer system along with a poem.

I wanted to convey the more poetic and metaphorical meaning of the Paris sewer sytem to the system instead of the logistical. I find that when concept — even one as unpleasent to think of as a sewer system — enters our consciousness in a meaningful and personal light, we see the beauty and necessity of it.
I think I could have pushed the final product farther by user higher quality paper, a finer pen, and some colour.
