JUDY BLAME
In search of new artists I normally turn to editorials, I.D, ARTFORUM, Juxtapose or notable art museums. Today- I went to ARTFORUM, and my eyes were immediately drawn to the bold italicized JUDY BLAME, which then led me to tasteful poem written about him- which inturn led me to a Vouge article. Judy Blame, was a true British punk who ran away at 17 to Manchester, and began clubbing,, looking spectacular, and making jewlrey . First for himself, friends, and later Comme de Garçons.
