The Assignment

Using scanned photocopies of mark-making exercises, textured paper, I cut each paper to various shapes and rearranged them into landscape scenes. Then, I created a pair of collages that evoke two opposite landscapes. I also incorporated the idea of change in scale, value, and position to evoke a sense of 3-D space.
