Book event | Ann Neumann’s THE GOOD DEATH

securedownload

This Thursday, March 10, I’m helping to host an event that features one of the writers we read last semester in my religion writing course, Peter Manseau (“Call Waiting”). I’ll also be reading. The event is sponsored by Killing the Buddha, which published essays we read by Ashley Makar.

The event is really in celebration of a book called The Good Death, written by Ann Neumann, a longtime friend. Here’s the event’s Facebook page. I’m hoping students and faculty might like to come. The event is Thursday, March 10, and it begins at 7p. It’s located in the Gowanus neighborhood of Brooklyn, at this strange and amazing place called the Morbid Anatomy Museum, 424-A 3rd Avenue.
