I spent the last few days in Guadalupe for the first time in 13 years, a small town outside of Monterrey, a place where my family lives. I handed out recorders to family members and wanted to create an ambiance of the town and the commotion of conversations among members that have been reunited. I found that these sounds and this language shape the environment, so I chose for the photographs to depict places and things, moments experienced while walking.
