I chose St. Marks Place for the City Lore project. I chose this street because it is where I spend the most time when I’m in the city.
I chose St. Marks Place for the City Lore project. I chose this street because it is where I spend the most time when I’m in the city.
For my personal project I chose to make a deck of 54 cards, illustrating each one. Each suite has a personality.
For my cover i chose the theme”Forgotten memories”, depicting a girl throwing away her memories.
For my spread i chose to represent “Forgotten Dreams” through character design.

If These Walls Could Talk:
The Journalist
Continuing with Villain, Victim, Hero, I chose to use my Psi’loh character. He is the mushroom-head shaped assassin and this is the story about how he was caught and murdered.
While on an assignment, Psi’loh got sloppy and burned down a building. Hundreds perished and many were permanently scarred. One of these burn victims was a journalist named Eng. He suffered from terrible burns that scarred the left side of his face, this caused severe depression and self-loathing, and he couldn’t look at himself in the mirror anymore. Eng got lost in revenge, pushed his friends and family away, and devoted his time to finding the assassin. Working from home and at work, he stopped at nothing until he found the assassin. He found that his best chance to get in the same room as the man who scarred him was to make himself a target. How was he going to make himself a target? What tools did he have? Well being an award winning journalist, he had a little bit of a following. Announcing that he knew the true identity of the infamous assassin Psi’loh was sure to out Eng on the top of the kill list. Miraculously enough, it worked. Planning for this, Eng sat patiently in his closet, waiting for the assassin to enter his apartment. Through a whole in the wall leading to his work space, Eng could see when the assassin appeared and took his chance. He took down the infamous Psi’loh with one shot from his gun. Why was this so easy? Maybe Psi’loh was losing his touch? Maybe he was wanted to die? Who knows. Who cares. He was finally gone.
