This project was personally self fulling. I set out to achieve a large minimal surface installation and I believe I have accomplished this. As I worked on the project I found that it made me feel as if I was caught within a wave. The blue and white fabrics play and bounce off of each other drawing the viewer’s attention all across the installation. I believe that I have also attained a phenomenological connection between the social space and the user. There is an interaction between the structure and ones body, evoking mood, interest, and inspiration. As one walks through the social space they are pushed out along the wall of artwork promoting conversation and discussion which also achieves my second goal of the project. Using artwork to make the users talk about artwork.
