I was absent for the majority of this project, however I did write a paragraph for ‘thirdness’.
Thirdness
Thirdness is the mode of being that which is such as it is, in bringing a second and third into relation with one another. Essentially, thirdness is habit, necesity, and thought. With thirdness in mind, I looked for symbols or frames that were often repeated in my video. The frame of the computer screen was repeated six times, to represent the work that had to be done but instead was being avoided. The frame of the man’s face was repeated towards the beginning and the end of the video, to highlight the fact that no progress had been made, and that he was still equally as confused.
