Initially being placed in this group, I was a bit skeptical about how good “healthy brownies” could possibly be. In the original workshop, a large amount of sweetener was forgotten and not placed into the brownies, leaving them tasting bitter and not so brownie-ish. People however did like the coconut milk icing, so we left that the way it was. For the final workshop, the correct amount of sweetener was used, and all was well. They tasted like the real thing! The feedback was unanimously positive with responses such as “These taste like heaven”, and “I definitely want to learn how to make these”. There was an immense improvement with the new “healthy brownies”, and I believe our workshop to have been the most popular.
