In this case, fashion can be considered as a phenomenon that a huge amount of people appreciates certain outfit in the same time. Gossip is an easy way to realize that.

I agree with this idea because it’s exactly what I do. I changed my style sometimes depending on my state. I can always use my outfit to express my mood and attitude.
