For my weather memory, I think that might be the experience between my grandfather and me. My grandfather was a professor in Nanjing, China. He teaches Meteorological Engineering. What is exactly is the meteorological engineering. This is the major studies and research the weather. So that my grandfather can forecast the weather by looking at the changes of the clouds. When I was small, he always taught me how to identify different kind of clouds. For example, the nimbostratus is a low attitude cloud which seems dark and grey. Cumulocirrus is another type which means the good weather. This cloud looks like ripples in the water surface. My grandfather was been respected by many students taught by him. He didn’t only influence lots of students in the meteorological engineering but also influence people such as me to get to know more about the environment and weather.

Interviewing a family member
I have interviewed my grandfather. He said when he was little, the air was much fresher than the condition of now. The river near my grandfather’s house was clean and had no trash in it. There was no smog and sky was blue.
