Bridge 3- B.5 Prototype 2

Reflection

Based on the ideas I presented to the class, I received positive feedback in regards to the aesthetics of my project. At this stage in planning, my prototype is quite similar to how the final would look. Classmates suggested playing with speed and “reversing” to add more substance to my piece. With this piece it’s important that people feel curious but at ease when they see my video. I don’t want to it to be confusing or obviously a message. If my project were placed in Times Square it would be available for everyone to see. Its a playful but slightly dark piece. I will be presenting the final with music, but if it were installed on a billboard it would take on a different mood. My piece isn’t necessarily something that can be obviously interpreted. It’s either something you like or dislike. The interpretation goes down to aesthetic preferences. I need to plan out the larger scale version of my project and how it would be filmed. I am still deciding on the colors and shape of my design.

This is a clearer version of my “set design”
