ONE AND THREE STILL LIFES

This project was inspired by Joseph Kosuth’s 1965 work
One and Three Chairs, He shows a chair in three different forms: a chair made in a factory, a photograph of the chair, and a dictionary definition of
the word “chair.”

The objects I chose were a shark tooth necklace, a ring, and a bracelet.

This is the abstract art made from the objects I drew. I simply thought as them as shapes and then used colors that could create an interesting effect together.
Here I drew what I saw in the photograph of my objects chosen.
I wanted my words to look more obnoxious and distorted with this, something you don’t see every day. I fish eyed the paragraph, copied it then inverted it to add the effect it was moving backward.
this is the finalized product, all three images together
