creating this work was a very interesting experience.  I chose to base my room off of a painting by Edward Hopper called “Night Windows”.  This was an enriching experience for me because I got to imagine a whole little life for the woman in the painting and represent a segment of her night sonically.  I often find myself creating fictional lives and stories for random people I see on the street and this project seemed like a formal extension/expression of that habit for me.
