The Danish Girl

-What were 3 of the most striking moments in the film/series, and why?

1. When he was asked to pose for her- it was the moment he felt something-like later in the movie, he said “awakened”
2. Argument after party-she said she thought they were playing around, but he was serious-he didn’t really turn away anymore, but later he also accepted it
3. Letting the scarf fly!-it’s representing him, the scarf that they kept going back and forth with, and it’s flying freely

-What new information have you learned and what insights have you gained from watching the film?

-When someone thinks something is wrong with someone, they would go to the doctor. But back then, if they did think something was wrong, they would use an electrical machines to “cure” them, when it would harm them, and it was normal.
-It’s hard keeping something in, they want to let out, but too afraid. And when someone is on their side, they feel stronger, even if it was just one or a few people.
