6 Plates Process

The past few weeks in Drawing/Imaging we have been sketching a nude model. It began by doing quick 30 second posses to then doing 10 min poses. We saved these drawings for an activity called 6 plates. Taking some of these drawings we uploaded them into Adobe Illustrator and created silhouettes. During this process we learned many design principles in order to help us create patterns using the silhouettes we created. Below I have documented 3 of my best figures of the weeks we sketched the model.  I also choose 3 of my best silhouette figures, along with 3 pages of my practiced design principles. This is the process we took in order to create our 6 plates.
