When I tried to think about my concept of beauty, what arouses that impulse of finding something as beautiful, I realized that I see beauty where life and death meet or to be more specific where passion and tragedy collide. I think you can explain that concept in the color red and the intensity that it brings. I thought that a fan would be a right choice to capsule my “beauty collection” since of its seductive representation but also the almost aggressive movement it has. I divided the fan into 10 sections and in each one, I put an image, which I manipulated in photoshop. Each part captures my perception of beauty from a different section within the arts, nature and my daily life.
