Similar to public characters as seen in our recent readings, a strategy for home making is using these character to relate on a personal level. Though fictional, these are frequent characters as seen by many people, that can connect to each other. When you can personalize/ familiarize yourself in your environment, you can feel more at home. This person used familiar characters from a television show to personalize their constructed environment to feel more like home.
