WOOD BODY

1. Cutting out in 1/2 inch slices
   
2. Layout on birch plywood

3. Test if it fits

4. Ready to cut on band saw

5. Tracing + trimming

6. Sanding, smoothening with file, rasp, sandpaper and dremel

7. Gluing layers together! (glue, clamps)

8. Trimming as a whole (thinning)

9. Filling in hole (chisel > glue > sanding)

HARDWOOD FACE

1. Cutting cherry wood panels into two
2. Gluing together
3. Orbital sander – sanding surface, rid glue

4. Tracing on body on hardwood

5. Cutting on bandsaw (leaving some space for sanding)

6. Drill sound hole

7. Gluing

8. Hand filing, sanding to fit hand

GROUNDING BAR + ADDITIONAL
1. Drilling an extra hole at the end

2. Cutting fish tape according to template and sanding edges

3. Laying out

4. Bending fishing tape

5. Pilot hole with an awl & smallest drill bit

6.Ready to screw on grounding bar

7. Screw fishing tape on grounding bar
