I edited KC’s first draft of “I Remember”. At first, I feel a little weird because well, who am I to grade her works? I did it anyway and left a few comments and hope they were constructive.
I learned after, that editing my friend’s work was pretty interesting because I gain insight into my friend’s perspective of the same instructions that were given to us. Picking out little details and thinking about how their work can be improved also makes me reconsider my own work from a different viewpoint, I now can see my own mistakes that I would not realize have I not tried to check out other people’s mistake.
It was also humbling to receive constructive criticism and get an idea of how people view my work.
