The aim of this project was to create an object that transforms from a planar material (2D) to a structure (3D). The outcome should be a construction which contains space and maintains its form.

From paper structure to fabric (Muslin)
I decided to use the last paper structure and replicate it with muslin fabric.
There is a huge potential in transforming structures made from paper onto fabric, the difference in texture and strength of two different mediums require some problem solving but the possibilities of form, structure, and textiles are endless.
