The Met

1. Evening Dress By Pierpaolo Piccioli (2017-18)
When I first saw this dress I was stunned. The only word I could form was ‘Wow’. This is the dress that I      would imagine celebrities wearing to the Red Carpet. This piece is elegant, fierce and it screams                      confidence. The front has a low cut which is definitely bold but still seem reserved. The red colour                  completes the look beautifully.

2. Wedding Ensemble By Gianni Versace (1997-98)

This dress was probably the first one that caught my eyes. The white silk tulle over her entire head and         body is just absolutely mesmerising. It gives me a traditional but yet bold and fierce look because of the       length of the dress. What I love about this dress is the colour combination. It is extremely simple yet so         put together. The white silk and silver metal mesh definitely a great combination for a simple yet                   elegant look.

3. Ensemble By Alexander MyQueen (1999)

At first glance I did not like it. I kept staring at it and somehow became fond of it. The wings are                      precisely made and at first I did not see the small holes that are punched into the wings. That just gives        the whole look a better finish. I feel calm, smooth and even satisfied when I look at this piece of artwork.      The colour choice is well down, I think it definitely suites the design.
