In the outfit exercise we did in class my outfit contained a graphic tea, oversized distressed denim jacket, distressed denim jeans, dirty converse and a large grey scarf. My peers analyzed my outfit choice and elicited styles that are portrayed from my clothing which I would never have thought of such as Canadian based on my denim on denim style that Canadians often wear, basic, young, 2000’s, student and grungy. I don’t agree with them all but everyone had a different outlook which was interesting. I find that as the class analyzed my outfit, it did not necessarily connect with my personality at least not so much, my class called me casual, sweet, harsh, welcoming and judgemental.
