This assignment was to help us become more used to using wire and begin experimenting with linear objects. First, we had to trace the outline of an animal with yarn, then with cardboard, then make a 3D object with different types of wire. I enjoyed every part of the assignment because it was all very different and I learned how to experiment with different materials. When I was using cardboard, seeing how I could create different textures and sizes made the project more interesting. Also, the wire part was interesting because I mixed different wires to give a pop of color and to create dimension.
