When first task for the project of working on a manifestoI was overwhelmed With the amount of ideas the flooded into my head.After coming together and working with the group As quickly decided That we were on the same page But we didn’t really knowWhat we wantedTo do.We spent multiple weeks discussing ideasAnd honingOur overall topicsAs we started to discuss what we wanted to do We could not come to a conclusion.After all meeting on a Monday afternoonWe came up with a grand idea. My task in the group was to facilitate everyone’sOverall agendasSomething. my task was to come up with more the ideas for the group and after that my group members put that into there own ideas. I came up with the logo design and how they where going look and then Phsohia executed the final design for the logo. I came up and the history of the cult and because of that it allowed the rest of the group to work on the illustrative aspects of the project. my job in the group was to do the pro-formative aspect of the group and make sure everyone was on task and no one was stuck. I mainly facilitated everyone and made sure everyone was okay. we all came together well and Im happy with it worked out. I came up with the name of the group and was the one that did the lore. it was a really enjoyable process for me.
While working on this project I learned a lot about how to listen to other members all of my partners all of my partners had very dominant personality’s and learning to work around that and compromise. Was very enjoyable since I’ve never done some of the things that were completed for this class shows a brand-new experience for me I really enjoyed it. Coming up with the ideas and helping to guide my groupmates was super fun and they gave me a lot of inspiration back.
