Below are the pictures of our mycelium bag before exchange. Our first mycelium was too old that it didn’t grow much after a week. Thus, last Thursday, our group exchanged the mycelium to a new one. Over the weekend, we followed the initial steps for its growth. Unfortunately, there is no picture of our new mycelium because there hasn’t been big progress. This is probably because it hasn’t been that long since we poured the water and flour in the bag. However, we will keep our eyes on it and record the progress to post new updates as soon as possible.
