Brief Explanation:
This video is made by many images and forms into one video. The main aspect of the video is the red string, which in many different Asian cultures, there are stories which there is an invisible red string that connects different people and it invisibly connects you to different relationships, such as friend, fate and so on. Therefore, here in the video, I decided to ask my friend to release the red string ball, so the string becomes longer and longer; meaning it is leaving and going forward to connect people’s relationship. Furthermore, it shows at front of the mirror, so it reflects, therefore meaning multiple red string connections are happening.
How and in what ways you used Premiere/What you learn in the project and how you might use this in the future:
To make this video, in class we were told to use premiere, so I used the video effects to adjust the pictures, for example brightness and the size. After, also file the pictures into one and adjusting the speed as well. There is also the typing function, where you can add the title and credits. Lastly, from this project, I have learned to use the different options of creating a video and learn to combine the sequence pictures to a video. In the future, these functions in premiere will benefit me to create videos or formal films. Likewise, the technique of using sequences correlates with making animations or time lapses too.
