My friend, Branda, came to NYC two weeks ago. She only worn a tee and a rain coat, so, after dinner, we went to the nearest Urban Outfitter to buy a hoodie.
It was interesting that we had known each other since we were in middle school, and we went to the same high school. But we started knowing about each other deeply during the summer vacation after the first year of high school. We were in an extra art class, and both of us quit that art class and left school at the beginning of the high school’s second year.
My parents let me to prepare SAT for applying Universities and they wanted me to choose to major in finance. But I didn’t want to take the SAT test and Branda told me that most of the art school wouldn’t need the SAT score and she recommended her studio to me. So, for me, Branda was the resource of my new life.
After wearing the hoodie, she said that she felt better. And I said that I wanted to go to a bathroom, so, we went to the Time Square to find a bathroom. I always see these chimneys on the road, although I don’t know their function.
Branda would go back to New Paltz the next day, it was a little town. Different from the NYC, New Paltz was really comfortable and relaxing. So, during the Thanksgiving break, I will go to New Paltz to find Branda and several other friends, who were not art students. For me, they are becoming more and more interesting than art students.
