Raboteau Response
In the article “New York Playgrounds I Have Known,” which appeared in The New Yorker on August 31, 2016, author Emily Raboteau’s writing has a way of making the reader feel completely immersed with her vivid language. In this piece we see Raboteau’s senorsey style come out the most. She has the reader use their senses to understand the reading, to make it feel like you are there with her.
