CONTEXT
This essay was our first real research paper of the course, and it was a big leap. On top of doing research, we learned how to integrate different topics of research in a braided essay. This task was difficult yet fun to complete; it definitely felt the most rewarding when done.

REFLECTION
I learned how to write an annotated bibliography while I developed my research skills. This connected to a lot of my other classes, as we were writing research papers at the same time, so the things I learned in seminar were useful there. An unexpected challenge I found was finding a way to write the braided essay. The concept was very difficult for me to grasp, and that was hard on my writing process. But, I still learned a lot and the topic was interesting to write about.
