For my third studio bridge project, we were instructed to show a metamorphosis with an inspiration of an organism in science.

I chose to do an animation for this project because I believe that control is an experience and can be seen through this form. The scientific inspiration was the sound waves from bats and how they use this form to control their experiences in surroundings. The audience transitions from this controlled black and white environment to a world full of color.

I chose to do an animation for this project because I believe that control is an experience and can be seen through this form. The scientific inspiration was the sound waves from bats and how they use this form to control their experiences in surroundings; this is similar to how there are invisible actions in our lives that control certain things we do. The figure breaks out from this controlled black and white environment to choosing his own way and finding color.
