For this assignment we had to create a dynamic, abstract, black and white composition through compiling various example of typographical tonal values. Specifically, we had to rip (not cut) sections/examples of block text copy (text size type 8-12 point) from magazines and newspapers and glue the pieces within an 8″ x 10″ rectangle.
