Project #4: Branded Promotion – Week 1

Overview: We were assigned a partner for our final project. The project is to design special promotional package for your assigned artist and track, celebrating the re-release of one special song (ours is Blue Monday by New Order). This includes a CD Face, CD sleeve, a folding poster, t-shirt design, and promotional packaging (container). Research the genre and the band to create imagery that reflect the music.

Week 1: Give a verbal presentation on the band/artist and their genre of music. Create mood boards and present 12 images in which you, your partner and the class will choose 6 that you will base your design off of.
