I came across a problem in my personal space regarding lack of storage space for my art supplies and lack of work space. I already have a desk which leans against the wall however, I needed more space and my supplies were cluttered on and under the desk. I decided to create a second desk which can be folded up into the wall to avoid taking up extra space and to close up a closet that was built into the wall. I can put all my supplies in this closet and open and close the desk as I wish.
