For the object that I left behind, I immediately chose my trowel, as it is my most personal one. The time when the object was most impactful was when I was very depressed. I used a rhythmic greyscale to show the rapidity and sadness of depression. The dandelion on the side relates to my essay, I used my trowel to dig them out of my garden. Dandelions have very deep roots, and when you try to yank them out, there is always a little left. I see the resilience of these plants as similar to my spirit during this hard time.
