For this project, I decided to make an interesting hp level testing paper for soup and drinks, which gives the drinks a fresh color but most importantly to let people able to find out the ph level of the drinks they have been drinking.
This logo indicates the different colors when the PH Jelly reacts with different ph levels solutions.
Ph level is a huge health factor in our life. For example, people with gout symptoms, need to absorb more alkaline after eating seafood. Even join the daily life different part of the country the ph level of the water is also different with this product we can constantly track PH absorbing details.
I boiled purple cabbage for 30 minutes and use the soup of the purple cabbage as the dye and also is the ph active material combined with gelatin powder, after put into the refrigerator for three hours we have this PH Jelly.
The PH Jelly reacts where is the lemon juice, gradually changing the color to pink-red.
