Every time I go to PS1 I notice that there is so much outdoor space that I never see utilized. I think I would love to be able to use that space. They also have several different sized ones so I am curious to the numerous pieces that can be done in them.
Though I forgot to take a picture, I really enjoy the space take up by Cinthia Marcelle. I am interested in how the viewer typically looks down off of the “balcony” which is the first floor. This could be a good space for a performance piece if I choose to do that. If I were to do a piece there I would completely close off the basement entry.
If I were to do a piece in MOMA there is this gigantic white space above head on the second floor sitting area. It is just empty !!!! and I would love to mess that up
