This was a project for my time video based off of traces (body).
I went to Costa Rica and decided to leave my body literally in in different places.The visuals go back and forth do show a give and take feel. The audio is the Gayatri Mantra (Freedom) which was one of the many mantras I got very close with while practicing kirtan in Costa Rica. It is also something that I want to take as a trace from there to here in NYC.
