This project was by far one of my favorite projects! I loved making the design and being able to incorporate my photos. Its been 1 or 2 times so far that my photos have been featured in a store front and when I saw them for the first time I nearly cried. I like the idea of having an actual photo gallery but something about my photos being used for promotion in order to sell clothing and accessories makes my creative juices just flow ten times faster. After hearing the critique in class- i totally think I could have added more to the white walls. I honestly didn’t want to take away from the photos and the emphasis that the hats were “buyable” so I wanted to keep it as minimal as possible. Other than that I am very satisfied with the modern black and white aesthetic that wraps my store’s “hat corner.”
