Ever since I bleached my hair platinum blonde in one sitting, my hair continuously falls out. The strands of hair are a constant reminder of the ignorant mistake I made years ago. Each time I notice my detached hair (which is at least a dozen times a day), a small piece of my heart is chipped away. However, I’ve seen so many fallen strands that it’s all a blur. I don’t mourn anymore.
