This is a group project design by me and VV (Hanwei Su). We are told to design related products for a song called Award Tour created by A Tribe called Quest. We designed a T-shirt, a poster, a CD face and CD sleeve, stickers and the outside box with an infinity mirror inside. It is a challenging assignment to focus on. We first found some related elements to express our personal feeling for this music after we listened to. After that, we tried to take apart those elements and recompose them together into our own design. VV and I had pretty different directions for designing the whole piece, but we try to combine our ideas depending on the similar elements we both used. Both of us are pretty satisfied with our work.
