For our first project we had to create a manual out of a piece of A4 paper to teach a new skill to the rest of our group. The skill I chose to teach was how to thread up a sewing machine as no body in my group was a fashion major and had never touched a sewing machine before therefore I thought it was the perfect skill to create a manual for.
To create my manual I used a technique of folding the paper into 8 pieces and then cutting the middle section so that I would be able to fold it into an 8 page booklet. That it was it may look a bit confusing in the scanned image above. So I made a video (link below) to demonstrate the booklet letter.
I tried to upload the Videos of me demonstrating to the rest of group how to thread up a Bernina sewing machine but unfortunately all my videos were too large to upload. Apart from one video of a member of my group trying it out for her self.
