Final reflection

When I was doing the dress practice, I can closely and clearly to analyze my clothing. It helps me to figure out my styles and personal character. The top two images are two samples of my clothing. I think they typically reflect my personal style sand how it relate to the cluture and the public. How my memories and school influenced me. For now, I spent the most of my time in the school, so I think the workng place is a big factor for the dress practice. The theme in my dress practice log is black. During the dress practice, I found out that I like the black color in the winter because black is an easy color for people to match with other colors. Also, the weather is the most influential factor in my dress practice, cause I usually choose my clothes base on the weather. Another influential factor is the activity I’ll attend. I like to choose some official dress when I go to the public space, such as Museum. Also, I like to try different styles. From the dress practice log, I found out that how the body interact with the clothing. The shape of the clothing can shape the body into different stature, then give people a different sense of the beauty of gender. The different texture of the clothing can create the different character of the clothing. As the result, I think people through the clothing’s texture and the degree of tightness to find out how it interactes with their body.
