I was staring at a blank wall and that lead me to thinking about minimalism and so I looked up minimalistic artists which lead to me a page on artsy.net about 10 female minimalistic artists and I thought that Mary Corse’s work was the most interesting.

Mary Corse is from Berkley, California and was born in 1945. She lived moved to Central California when she went to college at UC Santa Barbara and then down to LA when she went to Cal Arts. I was unable to find her website, but her work can be found in the Whitney, Moma and other modern museums. Here are some websites that have good information on her:
