NYLON MINIMAL SURFACE SHAPES
Nylon minimal surface shapes were made for discovering the minimal surfaces generated by soap bubbles. Firstly Wires were changed into different shapes by hand which can let minimal surfaces happen on them. Normally, wires were shaped nonparallel with each other so that the bubble minimal surfaces can be easily shown up. Following the pictures of bubble minimal surfaces, nylon stockings with light color were cut into suitable sizes to fit the wire structures. After adjusting and tightening nylon stockings on the wire structures, two parts(wire structures and nylon stockings) could be connect together by thread.
