I thought this piece was the most gravitating for the symbolism. I’m not quite sure of the name of the artist but I completely relate to the style. Abstract contemporary art is my favorite, the display of the balance between the prisms in the dark and the light conveys energy on both sides the color within the prism still stays intact and then disperses the same energy in a different realm. There is a white circle with a pink backdrop on the top half of the piece and on the bottom half a brown circle with the same dimensions as the top with a black backdrop. A   prism in the shape of a triangle lies in the middle of the the piece where the light meets the dark at center line, within the prism is the display of refracting light starting at the base of the triangle each color is about an inch at the base and gets thinner as it travels towards the top, these strokes are mirrored on each side of this piece. I thought this piece symbolized harmony.
