For this group assignment we had to recreate an art installation based on our reactions and feelings to an exhibit in the MOMA. It was easy to react to the art since there were a lot of interesting pieces. My group collectively had nostalgic feelings after looking at a majority of them. We thought the art installation that was made out of old thrown out tires. We had the same idea to hypothetically use old thrown out technology. We thought since people, especially in New York City, go through and sit in parks that it’d be perfect for it to take place there. It’s a park that uses old technology to remind people how much has changed and that it is still useable.
